About the position

The Worldwide HR Communication Specialist will develop, implement, and manage internal communication strategies that support HR initiatives across global locations. This role involves collaboration with HR leaders, the corporate Marketing team, and employees to ensure effective communication aligned with the company's mission and values, enhancing employee engagement and supporting the organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR leaders to develop communication strategies across the employee life cycle, including employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development & training, succession, and performance management.
  • Work across multiple media platforms to design engaging communication materials including audio, video, print, and digital.
  • Design and implement an internal HR branding strategy.
  • Partner with corporate Marketing and Talent Acquisition to promote Kemin as Employer of Choice.
  • Design and write content for social media sites, as part of Kemin's employer branding strategy.
  • Manage multiple communication campaigns at once, developing, maintaining and implementing each one according to well established timelines.
  • Propose and implement the communication content and planning in support of employee recognition, engagement surveys, and corporate culture initiatives.
  • Advise HR leadership on communication strategies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications and/or employee engagement within a global organization.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, intranet, or collaboration tools such as MS Teams or Slack).
  • Ability to work across cultures, with strong intercultural communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with design and video editing tools is a plus.
