WW Vision and Spatial Computing Experience Strategist

About the position

The WW Vision and Spatial Computing Experience Strategist at Apple is responsible for leading significant growth initiatives within Apple Retail, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through vision and spatial computing technologies. This role involves strategic planning, market assessment, and collaboration across various teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in relation to the Apple Vision Pro experience on apple.com and the Apple Store App.

Responsibilities

• Define future shopping experiences by identifying new opportunities for Vision and Spatial Computing.
• Provide feedback on new solutions and designs in large cross-functional forums with a focus on customer experience and business priorities.
• Work cross-functionally to build a multi-year strategy and roadmap involving various teams such as Marcom, Engineering, VPG, and Product Marketing.
• Conduct long-term research on emerging retail trends to inform potential new experiences.
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships and communicate tailored updates to senior leadership.
• Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy or customer experience function.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including proficiency in Keynote.
• Excel and financial modeling skills for complex, data-driven analysis.

• Background in Vision, spatial computing, or augmented reality digital experiences.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and simplify complex initiatives.
• Experience in developing impactful business plans that drive growth or address long-term objectives.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, managing details while keeping the big picture in mind.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
