As a Wyndham Owner Vacation Counselor, you will conduct face-to-face presentations to our vacation ownership owners in our state-of-the-art sales centers at our beautiful Club Wyndham resorts in Las Vegas. You will find commonality with current owners and generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Your role will involve communicating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, with leads being prequalified and provided by the company. You will also attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training to enhance your skills and effectiveness in presenting and delivering sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals. Additionally, you will attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keep current on sales information and materials, stay updated on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Initial Paid Training covering sales process, product knowledge, and psychology of the sale.
  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
  • General smart device skills.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
  • Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license (TSA) or the ability to obtain one.
  • Must maintain production standards.
