About the position

The X-Ray Field Service Engineer will provide expert support for X-ray imaging systems in Eastern Idaho or Northern Utah. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing X-ray equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair X-ray equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer support.
• Perform preventive maintenance on X-ray systems.
• Conduct training for users of X-ray equipment.
• Document service activities accurately and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with X-rays in a hospital setting.
• Strong computer skills and digital experience.
• Active and clear driver's license/record.
• Willingness to travel frequently to assigned region.
