About The Position

The X-Ray Training Developer/Instructor at Philips is responsible for managing the design, facilitation, and execution of X-Ray training for All-Parts, a subsidiary focused on the multi-vendor line of business. This role involves preparing lesson plans, collaborating with teams to ensure course material is current, teaching sessions, providing consultative advice, and leading change projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience or Master's with 3+ years in medical X-ray machines.
• Prior training facilitation experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles (e.g. ADDIE).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional teams, contributing in specialized and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lesson plans based on engineering or software documentation.
• Collaborates with various teams to ensure course material is up-to-date.
• Teaches classroom and lab sessions.
• Analyzes diverse problems and provides consultative advice.
• Leads multi-disciplinary change projects and introduces new methods.
