About the position

The Xactimate Estimator / Project Manager at Dririte is a hybrid role focused on writing detailed estimates, managing restoration projects, and driving sales efforts. This position is crucial for ensuring high-quality service delivery in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and reconstruction services, while maintaining strong client relationships and overseeing project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients directly to close sales.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell restoration and reconstruction services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Present estimates and services to clients, addressing questions and ensuring clarity on project scope.
• Communicate and negotiate claims with insurance carriers.
• Utilize Xactimate software to create accurate estimates for restoration projects.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and define the scope of work.
• Prepare and present detailed estimates to clients and insurance adjusters.
• Oversee all phases of assigned restoration projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews for project execution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing changes in project scope.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Track and report on project financials, including job costing and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the restoration industry, focusing on project management, estimating, and sales.
• Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software is required.
• Strong knowledge of Mold Remediation Industry Standards and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, AMRT) are a plus.
