Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for restoration projects using Xactimate software.
- Assess project requirements and specifications to provide accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure understanding of project scope.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in restoration.
- Work from home to complete estimates in a timely manner, ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in restoration construction required.
- Proficiency in Xactimate software is mandatory.
- Computer literacy is required to manage estimates and project documentation.
- IICRC certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, and remediation is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge in fire, water, and flood restoration is essential.
