About the position

RJI Professionals, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Senior Finance Administrator/Xactimate Estimator to enhance our Finance Department. This role is crucial for managing various aspects of construction projects, including creating estimates, preparing insurance supplements, and conducting job profit and loss analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in estimates and managing accounts receivables across all branches of the company.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices and review insurance scopes and subcontractor estimates for accuracy.
• Handle insurance supplements and review revised scopes to determine profitability.
• Assess budgets and conduct job profit and loss analysis.
• Submit completion certificates to carriers and manage accounts receivables on projects.
• Review insurance estimates, photos, and paperwork to identify deficiencies and prepare supplemental estimates.
• Submit estimates and supporting documentation to the insurance carrier and adjuster, maintaining follow-ups to reconcile differences.
• Complete file reviews after project build to ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Support team members in training and provide guidance as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant insurance claim supplementing experience and management of complex claims.
• Experience with Xactimate and ability to supplement trades including roofing, gutters, windows, paint, wall coverings, carpentry, and interior repairs.
• Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Negotiation skills and time management capabilities.
• Organizational skills and background knowledge in insurance property restoration and roofing.
