About the position

Realis Gymnastics Academy is looking for a dedicated and professional gymnastics coach to lead the women's team and pre-team groups. This part-time role requires previous coaching experience and a willingness to obtain necessary certifications. The position involves evening and weekend hours, focusing on developing young gymnasts in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach women's team and pre-team groups in gymnastics.
• Develop training programs and routines for athletes.
• Ensure safety and proper technique during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with athletes and their parents.
• Maintain a positive and motivating environment for gymnasts.

Requirements

• Previous gymnastics coaching experience.
• Personal gymnastics experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain USAG Instructor Membership.
• Willingness to obtain SafeSport Certification.
• Willingness to obtain Background Certification.

• Experience in recreational coaching.
