The Athletic Director at Liberty High is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the athletic programs and ensuring that they align with the educational mission of the school. In addition to administrative duties, the Athletic Director will be responsible for hiring and evaluating coaching staff, organizing training sessions, and ensuring that all athletic facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The position requires effective communication skills to liaise with school administration, community members, and external organizations. The Athletic Director will also be tasked with promoting the athletic programs within the community and increasing student participation in sports.
