Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer product needs and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
  • Assist customers in interpreting account statements and processing payments.
  • Resolve customer issues and answer questions regarding accounts and services.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Contribute to a fun and competitive work environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
  • Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and stand/move about the store constantly.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technology.
