The position involves working directly with customers in a retail environment, providing exceptional service and support while promoting Comcast products and services. The role requires evaluating customer needs, assisting with account management, and maintaining a strong understanding of technology and competitive offerings. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer product needs and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
  • Assist customers with interpreting account statements and processing payments.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding current and new services.
  • Make changes to account data and upgrade service levels as needed.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of sales products and competitive information.
  • Contribute to a fun and competitive work environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand/move about the store constantly.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Comcast products and services.
