About the position

The Xfinity Retail Service Associate is responsible for supporting the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This role involves maintaining store organization, assisting customers, and ensuring that inventory is managed effectively. The associate will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and contribute to a positive store environment while adhering to established procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure the store is clean and organized.
  • Assist customers by connecting them with sales consultants and demonstrating company technology.
  • Inspect the back of the store for secure and appropriately placed inventory.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and suggest improvements to the store count process.
  • Adapt to store management priorities while demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
  • Carry and lift boxes up to 25 pounds and maintain a constant presence in the store.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional integrity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in retail or customer service environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes.
