About the position

As a Product Manager for GenAI Solutions at Xpanse, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-driven products aimed at simplifying the mortgage lending ecosystem. This role involves overseeing the product strategy and development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure product success, and driving alignment across technical and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Craft and champion compelling product strategies and visions, developing roadmaps that align with business objectives and market demands.
• Lead the exploration and definition of new product segments, leveraging insights into AI advancements and customer requirements.
• Steer cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, acting as the linchpin between technical and business domains.
• Drive alignment and collaboration, fostering a shared understanding of product objectives and timelines.
• Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, translating them into actionable product initiatives.
• Engage with customers to understand their pain points and needs, ensuring our products deliver real-world value.
• Define comprehensive, user-centric product requirements and articulate clear acceptance criteria for each feature.
• Prioritize and curate the product backlog, ensuring resources are focused on high-impact initiatives.
• Develop and execute dynamic go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing and sales to ensure product adoption and growth.
• Monitor key performance metrics, adjusting strategies to respond to market feedback and performance data.
• Partner with sales and marketing to craft compelling product messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Equip internal teams with the necessary product knowledge and tools to engage and educate clients effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts and their practical applications.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems and product solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work with agility and prioritize tasks effectively.
