About the position

The Customer Service Representative at XPO is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with terminal and shop locations, handling phone and video calls, and ensuring accurate billing processes. This part-time role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to perform various clerical duties in a climate-controlled office environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with terminal and shop locations about commercial invoicing
• Answer and direct phone calls and/or video calls during set work hours
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including filing, data entry, and billing
• Review billing statements for accuracy and process for payment
• Resolve invoice matching issues within the AP system

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Nice-to-haves

• Transportation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
