Requirements

• Proven experience as a Yacht Broker or in a similar sales role within the boating industry.
• Strong knowledge of yachts, marine equipment, and the luxury market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and listings effectively.
• A passion for boating and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Member of IYBA and current Florida Yacht & Ship License a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build high trust relationships with buyers, sellers, and fellow brokers.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and chartering yachts, ensuring a smooth, professional, and transparent process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, pricing, and available inventory.
• Create compelling listings and marketing materials for yachts, showcasing their features and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are always best represented.
• Provide guidance on yacht maintenance, crew, financing, and ownership options.
• Attend boat shows and industry events to promote listings and network with potential buyers and sellers.
• Stay updated on maritime laws and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
