About The Position

NFI is seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers for our dedicated division. This position involves home daily schedules, primarily working from Sunday to Friday with occasional Saturday routes. Drivers will be responsible for spotting trailers on the yard, managing yard and trailer operations, and fueling yard trucks. The average pay range is between $1,040 and $1,430 per week, equating to approximately $26 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. Drivers will be expected to perform all duties safely and responsibly, adhering to federal and state laws and customer guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Current Class A CDL from your state of residence
• Minimum one (1) year of relevant tractor-trailer experience
• Acceptable references from past employers
• Meet all applicable DOT qualifications
• Physically capable to perform all job duties, including moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area

Responsibilities

• Spotting trailers on yard and in/out of dock doors
• Fueling yard trucks
• Yard/trailer management
• Performing routes, pickups & deliveries based on customer requirements
• Reporting problems with equipment, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after routes
