About the position

The Yard Operations Driver Manager, internally titled Customer Logistics Manager, is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the assigned function in the Supply Chain Solutions division. This role focuses on leadership, operational goals attainment, and account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned function.
  • Manage staffing performance and development of employees.
  • Plan and schedule daily operations.
  • Ensure health and safety management compliance.
  • Maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
  • Manage customer service satisfaction and expectation management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse industry required.
  • One or more years of direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) required at an advanced level.
  • Advanced knowledge of logistics industry required.
  • Advanced knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components required.
  • Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production required.
