About the position

The Customer Logistics Manager oversees day-to-day operations within the supply chain function, focusing on operations and account management. This role is responsible for leading direct reports, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving operational goals while adhering to safety and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned function.
• Manage staffing performance and development of employees.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
• Plan and schedule daily operations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Provide off-shift support during critical disruptions or crises.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations required.
• One or more years of direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics industry and regulations required.
• Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components required.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production required.
