Yardi Developer (Aspire Module Specialist)

About the position

The Yardi Developer (Aspire Module Specialist) is responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining applications within the Yardi Aspire Module to meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, implementing new features, troubleshooting issues, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support to end-users. The position is fully remote and is offered as a full-time, 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Yardi Aspire Module applications to meet the business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and test new features and functionalities within the Yardi Aspire Module.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Yardi Aspire Module.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Yardi system.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Document development processes, configurations, and changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Yardi Developer, with specific expertise in the Aspire Module.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi system architecture and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other Yardi modules and integrations.
• Familiarity with real estate or property management industry practices.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Exposure to California Housing Authorities a plus.
