About the position

Hadco Construction is seeking a motivated and reliable individual for the position of Equipment Mechanic. This full-time role involves the diagnosis and repair of various types of heavy machinery, including track excavators, scrapers, dozers, bobcats, and mini-excavators. The work schedule is from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime available. Benefits will be available after 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and repair of track excavators, scrapers, dozers, bobcats, and mini-excavators.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of yellow iron equipment
• Some knowledge of hydraulics and diesel engine troubleshooting (preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot air brakes and foundation brake systems
• Ability to troubleshoot 12-volt electrical systems
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Motivated and reliable
