Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and prompt service to customers visiting the warehouse.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all necessary information is captured, and confirm product availability.
• Maintain an understanding of the products offered, including specifications, uses, and benefits.
• Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Oversee logistics for customer deliveries, including coordinating with third-party carriers or internal fleet.
• Address and resolve any logistical issues that may arise, such as shipping delays, incorrect orders, or inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Manage logistics budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in the Green Industry.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
