About the position
The YouTube Strategic Partner Manager for Creator Third Parties Partnerships is responsible for managing relationships with key players in the Creator ecosystem, providing strategic guidance, and developing programs to support Creator Third Parties. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional experience for YouTube users and involves collaboration across various teams to address the unique challenges and opportunities presented by YouTube's growing user base.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key leaders in the Creator Third Parties ecosystem.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, building trust and rapport.
- Provide strategic advisory to internal teams regarding Creator Third Parties.
- Develop and execute programs to support Creator Third Parties.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance support for influential creators on YouTube.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in the influencer marketing industry.
- 3 years of experience analyzing and structuring business problems.

- Experience with complex project management.
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Experience working with Shorts creators or interest in short-form video content.
