About the position

The In-School Youth Career Coach position at CSO is a part-time role focused on providing career guidance and support to students in the Snyder/Union school districts. The coach will engage in case management, deliver instructional activities, and facilitate work experiences and job shadowing opportunities for students. This role is essential in helping students navigate their career paths while working closely within the school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and career coaching to students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Valid PA driver's license required.
• Act 34, 151, and 114 clearances required.
