About the position

The coach will work directly within schools, overseeing summer work experiences and job shadow opportunities, aiming to enhance students' career readiness and skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and support to students in the school districts.
• Deliver instruction and work activities to enhance students' career skills.
• Oversee summer work paid experiences for students.
• Facilitate job shadow opportunities for students.
• Collaborate with school staff to implement career development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Valid PA driver's license required.
• Act 34, 151, and 114 clearances required.
