Responsibilities

• Promote positive youth development and a substance-free lifestyle.
• Develop a plan for youth recruitment and leadership.
• Schedule, supervise, and facilitate youth prevention activities.
• Deliver required prevention education and youth training.
• Track program efforts for required data collection and reporting.
• Assist with group communications including use of group's social media channel(s) and email communications.
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to implement prevention campaigns and programs.
• Attend required training in substance use prevention best practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working or volunteering with adolescents.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative work environment.
