About The Position
The Youth Development Program Coordinator at The Salvation Army is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing the daily operations and activities within the Youth Development Department. This role includes managing summer, spring, and fall camp programs, ensuring compliance with departmental policies, and providing leadership and training to staff. The coordinator will also monitor child care coordinators and tutors, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and youth involved in the programs.
