About the position
The Youth Soccer Coach at Soccer Shots Greater Charlotte is responsible for introducing soccer to children aged 2-8 in a fun and engaging manner. This part-time role involves leading classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for young participants, and committing to multiple coaching seasons. Responsibilities
- Lead 6-12 kids for 25-45 minute classes
- Arrive to classes on time, prepared and ready to coach
- Record attendance after each session
- Commit to coaching multiple seasons
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Driver's License
- 1 year of experience with youth ages 2-8 (coach, teacher, babysitter, nanny, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Energetic, reliable, and organized
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of soccer (not essential)
- Experience in coaching or teaching
