About the position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields, and will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging soccer training sessions for players of various skill levels. This temporary, seasonal position offers $25 an hour and requires a commitment to player development and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the field with training equipment and tidy up equipment in storage.
• Develop and implement engaging soccer training sessions for players of various skill levels.
• Teach fundamental soccer techniques, strategies, and rules to players.
• Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential both individually and as a team.
• Plan and organize team practices, drills, and game strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their skills.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and games.

Requirements

• UEFA A license is required.
• Must speak English (French & Spanish is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of football and the ability to effectively teach and develop players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training athletes and creating personalized development plans.
• Passion for the sport and a dedication to player success.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with coaching staff.
• Experience working with youth players is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in coaching or sports science.
