About The Position
All American Youth Sports is seeking positive and energetic youth soccer coaches to join our team. We are looking for candidates who enjoy teaching the building blocks and fundamentals of soccer while providing a positive environment for social development. Our program is designed to promote young athletes in developing individual and team game skills, gaining leadership skills, and enhancing social development skills. We aim to instill self-confidence and dedication in our athletes, teaching them how to live healthy and active lives both on and off the field. We have two locations in Kissimmee where we are looking for additional coaches: Oren Brown Community Park and Archie Gordon Memorial Park. Coaches will be responsible for conducting training sessions on Saturday mornings from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, focusing on the basic fundamentals and foundations of soccer while keeping the players active. The role also emphasizes reinforcing positive social behaviors and teamwork among players and teams. This is a paid position, and we are interested in candidates who are motivated by a passion for sports and being a role model for kids and the community, rather than just showing up for a paycheck.
