About the position

The Youth Sports Camp Area Manager at DASH Sports LLC is a full-time management role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of youth sports camps in the Twin Cities Metro Area. This position involves managing and scheduling staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and coordinating camp activities. The role is split between remote work and on-site management at various camp locations, providing a dynamic work environment focused on youth sports development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of sports camps in the South Metro area.
• Manage and schedule up to 40 staff/coaches.
• Ensure quality customer service at all camp locations.
• Coordinate camp activities and logistics.
• Conduct staff training and development.
• Handle hiring and firing of staff/coaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a management role.
• Experience in operations management and customer service.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
