About the position
The Youth Sports Coach position at The Grit Ninja involves leading and facilitating engaging fitness classes for children aged 3-12, focusing on developing their physical skills and personal growth through fun and adventurous activities. Coaches will be responsible for running after-school classes, weekend sessions, birthday parties, and special events, all designed to promote strength, coordination, and self-confidence in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate after-school classes for children aged 3-12.
- Conduct weekend morning classes and birthday parties.
- Organize and run special events and camps during school days off.
- Guide children through various ninja warrior obstacle courses and activities.
- Encourage and motivate children to develop their physical and mental skills.
Requirements
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Experience in teaching or coaching children.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in sports coaching or physical education.
- Background in child development or education.
