About the position
As a Youth Support Specialist at Easterseals New Hampshire, you will play a crucial role in supporting adolescents as they transition into adulthood. This position is centered around developing supportive, nurturing, and empowering relationships with youth, particularly those with disabilities and at-risk backgrounds. You will be a leader in our Youth Transitional Services program, providing one-on-one guidance that is impactful and tailored to the individual needs of each adolescent. Responsibilities
- Develop supportive and nurturing relationships with adolescents transitioning into adulthood.
- Provide one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth.

- Act as a trusted role model and create a passionate environment for youth.
- Assist students in navigating challenges and building necessary life skills.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have at least two years of work history.
- Ability to transport students in a personal vehicle, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
