About the position

The Zero Trust Program Manager at TEKsystems will oversee the implementation of a Zero Trust security framework across the company's global enterprise. This role involves managing budgets, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that regional requirements are integrated into the overall project scope. The Program Manager will collaborate with a European third-party partner to deliver effective Cyber Defense solutions, ensuring that all project elements are aligned with business objectives and operational impacts are understood.

Responsibilities

• Manage the budget and stakeholder relationships for the Zero Trust implementation.
• Oversee the management of Cyber Defense security project elements within the region.
• Provide guidance and support to project team resources, clarifying direction for effective solution design and implementation.
• Develop and document key strategic projects, ensuring rigorous business cases and stakeholder sign-off on scope and objectives.
• Create achievable roadmaps and report on program management plans, including project deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to create documentation and strategic recommendations, breaking down complex ideas into actionable tasks.
• Implement effective communication and change management plans across regions.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience in program management, particularly in Cyber Defense and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Cyber Defense maturity and regional technology requirements.
• Proven ability to manage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in developing business cases and managing project scope and interdependencies.
• Excellent communication skills for change management and stakeholder engagement.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with third-party vendors in a Cyber Defense context.
• Familiarity with global enterprise environments and regional compliance requirements.
