About the position

The Zero Trust Program Manager at TEKsystems will oversee the implementation of a Zero Trust security framework across the company's global enterprise. This role involves managing budgets, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that regional requirements are integrated into the overall project scope. The Program Manager will collaborate with a European third-party partner and will be responsible for guiding project teams in designing and operationalizing effective Cyber Defense solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of Zero Trust security across the global enterprise.
• Oversee budget management and stakeholder engagement for the Cyber Defense security program.
• Ensure regional requirements and use cases are incorporated into the project scope.
• Effectively manage Cyber Defense security project elements within the region.
• Provide guidance and support to project team resources.
• Develop achievable roadmaps and report on program management plans, including project deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to create documentation and strategic plans.
• Implement effective communication and change management strategies across regions.

Requirements

• Expert level experience in Cyber Defense and security project management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with regional business and technical leaders.
• Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and manage project scope and interdependencies.
• Experience in creating and managing project roadmaps and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills for effective change management and collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with third-party vendors in a Cyber Defense context.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust security frameworks and methodologies.
