About the position

The Neal & Neal Team is seeking motivated real estate agents to join our top-performing group in the San Antonio area. As a hand-selected representative of Zillow, we pride ourselves on maintaining one of the highest conversion rates in the country. Our agents benefit from a consistent stream of leads, allowing them to open 2-3 escrows a month within their first 60 days. We provide our agents with live, ready-to-go leads eager to see properties, often on the same day, ensuring that they have the best opportunities to succeed. Our value proposition includes access to leads across San Antonio and beyond, enabling agents to expand their reach. We equip our team with top-tier tech tools such as Follow UpBoss, Sisu, and Fello to enhance productivity. Additionally, we offer mentorship and coaching, providing expert guidance and conversion coaching to help agents excel in their careers. Our vibrant and collaborative culture fosters camaraderie and teamwork, making our centrally located office a great place to work. We also understand the importance of flexibility in today’s work environment. Our hybrid work model allows agents to enjoy the freedom of working remotely while still participating in training sessions via Zoom. We are looking for agents with at least 1 year of experience who have closed deals, but we are also open to training the right candidates from the ground up. Responsibilities

  • Service a consistent stream of leads and efficiently convert them into loyal clients
  • Conduct property tours for potential buyers with professionalism and expertise
  • Secure property listings and determine optimal pricing strategies for successful sales accurately
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals for clients
  • Dedicate time to continuous skill development to excel as a top-performing agent
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and play a vital role in a supportive network
  • Stay informed about industry trends by actively engaging in team meetings, training sessions, and relevant events

Requirements

  • Hold a valid Real Estate Agent license in the state of Texas
  • Effective and prompt communication skills
  • High level of responsiveness to client inquiries
  • Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is highly preferred
  • Demonstrate persistence in overcoming challenges and handling rejection
  • Ability to be coached and willingness to learn
  • Adaptability to market changes and trends
  • Prepared to dedicate full-time hours to this role
  • Self-starter mindset and strong sense of self-accountability
