Responsibilities
- Potential to list and sell residential real estate.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value.
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures.
- Maintain your Real Estate License.
Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License.
- 1 year of experience in Sales (Preferred).
