The specialist will compile, organize, and analyze data to create these presentations, ensuring that all information is accurate and relevant. Additionally, the role includes managing events, which involves selecting vendors, managing creative executions, and controlling the inventory of promotional items. The specialist will also balance a significant budget, process invoices, and manage the activities of employee volunteers. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for successful event management. The position requires the ability to execute and communicate analytics of various programs and initiatives, ensuring that Retailers receive the necessary information to improve their business operations. The Zone Operations Specialist will also respond to special projects from upper management, utilizing various systems to create reports and perform data analytics. This position requires a significant amount of independent work, as the specialist will often be in the office while management-level staff are traveling. The role also involves updating sales estimates and analyzing vehicle sales trends, which are critical for the Zone's operations.
