About The Position

The Zone Team Lead for the 3rd Shift at Morgan Truck Body is responsible for ensuring that the cargo meets or exceeds quality requirements while leading a team of associates. Responsibilities

• Ensure cargo meets or exceeds internal and customer quality requirements.
• Provide associates with objectives and standards specifying results to be achieved.
• Offer tools, training, and support to team members as needed.
• Create a motivating climate for team members to become fully competent.
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities and promote teamwork.
• Address associate issues and concerns effectively and quickly.
• Adhere to all legal and company policies and procedures.
• Take an active interest in training new and existing associates.
• Maintain effective communication with associates in the area of responsibility.
• Perform performance coaching and counseling as required.
• Assist with on-the-job training of team members.
• Read and interpret written orders, specifications, and blueprints.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
