About the position

The Solution Architect role at PwC involves leveraging Oracle consulting to assist organizations in achieving their digital technology goals and transitioning to subscription-based business models. The position requires a strong understanding of the Lead-to-Revenue cycle and the ability to manage complex business issues from strategy to execution, while also developing leadership skills and fostering team development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.

  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build meaningful recommendations.
  • Use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations.

  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Develop a point of view on key global trends and their impact on clients.
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes.
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle consulting or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Lead-to-Revenue cycle, including sales, billing, and revenue management processes.
  • Experience with Oracle CX products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition under ASC 606.
  • Experience with core finance system implementation and optimization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with subscription management and pricing administration.
  • Knowledge of global compliance and regulatory requirements impacting the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Ability to analyze Lead-to-Revenue processes for improvement opportunities.
