According to Bureau of Labor Statistics data, women’s annual earnings in 2020 were 82.3% of men’s, and studies have found that gap is even wider for many women of color. Across nearly all occupations, women earn less than men—and we want to do our part to change that.

We have some big announcements coming soon on that front, but in the meantime, we aim to reach more women who are job seeking, equipping them with the tools and resources they need to land jobs they love—jobs that will compensate them equally.

Today we’re rolling out support for 10+ women-focused job boards, ensuring these websites are integrated into our free Chrome extension so job seekers have a seamless experience saving, tracking, and managing the roles found there.
