About The Position

Cadillac of Mesquite is hiring experienced, high-performing Service Advisors who are ready to take control of their income and grow with a thriving Service Center. This is a customer-facing, sales-driven role where Service Advisors build trust with guests, confidently recommend maintenance and repair services, provide transparent pricing, and partner closely with Technicians to deliver an exceptional service experience while maximizing their earning potential.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability to maximize commissions
  • Proven sales experience (automotive preferred)
  • Tech‑savvy and efficient with customers
  • Quick learner, ready to produce fast
  • Physically active throughout the day
  • Strong communicator who drives revenue
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • A valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Present service recommendations and pricing that build trust and drive revenue
  • Accurately manage repair orders, paperwork, and warranties to support strong commissions
  • Recommend additional maintenance to increase repair orders and earnings
  • Schedule appointments and create accurate repair orders and estimates
  • Coordinate loaners and transportation to protect CSI and repeat business
