Prerequisites

Associate degree in a technical field with seven years of work experience in industrial automation and control systems.
For those without a degree, ten years of work experience in industrial automation and control systems.
Experience must include duties and job functions in automation such as design, development, installation, manufacturing, maintenance, quality control, reliability, etc.
Passing the CAP examination, which assesses knowledge and skills in automation and control systems.
