Back-end Engineer

Mintable is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on Back-end Development to join their rapidly expanding team. As a key member of the Engineering Team, you will contribute to architecture design, infrastructure, DevOps, and back-end development. Contribute to the architecture design, infrastructure, DevOps, and back-end development

Work closely with the CTO and other team members to ensure the success of the Engineering Team

Utilize exceptional programming skills to develop and maintain the back-end of the software

Collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable and efficient solutions

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development

Troubleshoot and debug issues in the software, ensuring high performance and reliability

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements

Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
