About the position
The Executive Assistant of Strategic Initiatives position is a newly crafted role in the New York office of Meet The People. The main responsibility of this position is to support the Global CEO in managing and expanding marketing and business development activities in the US, UK, and Europe. The focus for the first 12 months will be on setting up a sales and marketing structure across Meet The People and its agencies, including managing group platform rollouts, analyzing and implementing a structure for measuring success, coordinating marketing and positioning workstreams, and supporting internal and external communication efforts.
Responsibilities
- Set up a coherent sales and marketing structure across Meet The People and its agencies
- Manage group platform rollouts, trainings, and adoption across agencies
- Analyze and implement a structure and process to measure and streamline success for new business and identifying new opportunities
- Coordinate marketing, event, and positioning workstreams in Meet The People on a project manager level
- Work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO to manage communication and marketing efforts
- Support the CEO and Chief of Staff with internal and external cross-company initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in sales and marketing structure setup
- Ability to analyze and implement a structure and process for measuring success in new business and identifying new opportunities
- Project management skills in coordinating marketing, event, and positioning workstreams
- Strong communication and marketing skills
- Ability to support CEO and Chief of Staff with internal and external cross-company efforts
