About the position

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who will be responsible for driving awareness, interest, and consideration through paid media channels. This highly cross-functional role will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns that align with business objectives. The Paid Media Manager will work with agencies and vendor partners to inform and execute brand strategy, manage media channels, and optimize budgets. They will also leverage data and analytics to inform success and make data-driven optimizations. Additionally, the Paid Media Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing testing strategies and sharing findings with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contact for agencies and vendor partners to inform and brief in brand strategy, budgets, goals, and objectives
  • Oversee and manage planning and execution of media channels executed by the ThirdLove team (Direct Mail and Display)
  • Manage tactical strategy, execution, and optimizations with agency partners across Social, Search, TV/OTT/CTV, and Podcasts
  • Manage the budget on an ongoing basis, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget planning, ongoing budget optimizations, and reconciling billing and payment of invoices
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform success and optimizations across media partners/placements, creative, and overall business metrics
  • Write creative briefs for brand and performance assets, ensuring they are on-brand and align with key media KPIs
  • Develop and steward a testing roadmap for core channels, updating performance findings and sharing them with cross-functional teams
  • Perform various other tasks and duties as assigned or needed

Requirements

  • Experience in paid media management, specifically in driving awareness, interest, and consideration through paid media channels
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and ability to integrate with branding channels to make them more efficient
  • Ability to work with creative, life cycle, and brand teams to tell the brand and product stories through the lens of media
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with agencies and partners to build out performance and share learnings
  • Highly cross-functional role, collaborating with the broader marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Lead contact for agencies and vendor partners to inform and brief in brand strategy, budgets, goals, and objectives
  • Oversee and manage planning and execution of media channels, including Direct Mail, Display, Social, Search, TV/OTT/CTV, and Podcasts
  • Budget management skills, including planning, optimization, and reconciliation

  • Ability to write creative briefs for brand and performance assets, ensuring they are on-brand and aligned with key media KPIs
  • Experience in developing and implementing testing roadmaps for core channels
