The Engineering Support Services team within Mission Systems Services has an opening for an Engineering Engagement Specialist within the Operational Support Team. This position will report directly to the Operational Support Team leader. As an Engineering Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading change management activities by leveraging a change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by an engineering tools project or initiative. You will support communications through the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications. You will also facilitate training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, supporting the design and delivery of training programs, and influencing superusers and trainers.
