About the position
Axuall is seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Manager to join their Client Services Team. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to launch Axuall's technology and make it accessible to clinicians and medical staff. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, technical expertise, customer relationship, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing customer workflows, developing integration strategies, improving onboarding processes, providing client training, and ensuring a successful launch. This position plays a crucial role in improving healthcare operations and supporting Axuall's mission.
Responsibilities
- Work within established frameworks and provide input for thoughtful evolution through research, data analysis, and mapping of existing customer workflows, roles, and requirements into product implementation models
- Develop customer-specific integration strategies tailored to their unique data requirements
- Enhance and develop go-to-market integration offerings for customer/vendor application data integrations
- Support technical sales discovery and design with potential customers
- Populate and improve templates and checklists that define a fantastic onboarding experience for customers
- Execute client training and other onboarding tasks, ensuring successful launch
- Follow through with clients to hold them accountable as they adapt to Axuall and invite their clinician populations
- Align with and report on customer-facing OKRs including clinician wallet activation
- Monitor new client performance and address any open issues to ensure timely resolution and great experience
