About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to repair and maintain amusement equipment, including go-karts, bumper cars, and video games
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and computer equipment repair
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Physically able to move supplies and equipment as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in the game room industry as a Technician is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining a variety of games and attractions, including go-karts, bumper cars, and arcade games
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Performing electrical and mechanical repairs
• Ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and operating at its best
• Ordering parts and maintaining inventory
• Keeping tools and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Performing tasks as assigned by the Technician Manager
• Providing friendly and courteous interactions with customers
• Maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance
