Prerequisites
A minimum of three years of direct full-time CX work experience in a customer experience role.
A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university, which can reduce the work experience requirement to two years.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills across six core competencies: Customer-Centric Culture, Voice of the Customer, Customer Insight and Understanding, Experience Design, Improvement and Innovation, Metrics, Measurement, and ROI, and Organizational Adoption and Accountability.
Agreement to adhere to the CXPA Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics.
Completion and passing of the CCXP exam.
Continuing education or professional development to maintain certification through recertification credits over a two-year period.
